I created a series of newspaper articles to retell Muguette's story for future generations. All quotes highlighted in purple are linked to an audio recording from our conversation, so you can hear Muguette say them! I feel so lucky to have built this meaningful connection with Muguette. During each Zoom session, we not only went over her story, but also talked about our lives, family, and passions. Throughout this project, I laughed and I cried, as you can maybe hear in the audio if you listen closely. I feel immensely grateful to have had the opportunity to speak with a Holocaust survivor firsthand and hear about her experiences in such a human way. For future generations who can not, here is Muguette's story. Make sure it lives.
